The Farm
The Mauro Iob farm follows organic methods (certificate CCPB) and produces horticultural seeds and honey essences, hazelnuts and derivates, olive oil, honey and beehive products, dried persimmons and loofah.
Small (3 ha), 300m above sea level, is characterized by picturesque corners with old oaks and Etruscan caves , groves and bordered with flowers alternating with crops and is crossed by a small stream that allows pleasant walks.
The presence of donkeys, bees , chickens and other animals, allows you to relive the rhythms simple and sincere of country life and enjoy the colors , scents and flavors that nature offers in different seasons. Meetings on issues related to social agriculture, beekeeping traditions of the territory and to agricultural production can help you understand the delicate environmental balance and tastings to appreciate the natural flavors of food.
